A homemade tonic for your stomach
A bad bout of diarrhea may lead to dehydration. Here is a pleasant-tasting recipe for a drink that will reduce dehydration and replace needed electrolytes: Mix one glass of orange juice with one glass of ginger ale, add a tablespoon of honey and a pinch of salt. If your diarrhea persists for more than two days, visit your doctor.
