Debbie: Mark, I got a recent Martindale's Newsletter in my e-mail and it's all about Brain Health and Alzheimer's Disease. We get a lot of students, business people and senior citizens asking what to take for more clarity and focus in their studies and work. Sometimes we just have too much going on in our lives and are too stressed. We might need a little help with focusing. Do you have any particular supplements you would recommend?
Mark: For attention deficit situations or just needing greater focused thinking abilities, we have two remedies by Vaxa: Attend and Memorin. They are both all natural, non-toxic and completely safe. They support the Central Nervous System and oxygenate the cells so they are good for the body.
Debbie: Are there any side effects?
Mark: None! Attend is especially good for attention deficit and concentration problems. It has helped me personally think more clearly. The second is Memorin and I take that one, too. Good for the memory. It protects the brain from free radical damage, too. For more information, we have a free CD called, “Why Can't My Child Pay Attention?” available for free at the store. Both are homeopathic and naturopathic.
Debbie: What do you mean by homeopathic?
Mark: Homeopathy is made up of hundreds of different remedies of diluted substances designed to have specific effects on whatever is being treated. In these particular products homeopathic Lithium Bromatum, Lithium Carbonicum, Caffeinum and others are included.
Debbie: What do you mean by naturopathic?
Mark: Naturopathy would include the use of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. These products also have lots of fatty acids, essential amino acids, DMAE and lots more.
Debbie: Would you recommend anything else in the store for enhanced thinking abilities? Mark: Also good is Rhodiola, an herb for greater focus and energy. It is known as an adaptogen to stress and is also anti-cancer. Some of our most reliable brands would be New Chapter, Enzymatic Therapy, and Kare-N-Herbs.
Debbie: Thanks, Mark, for your help!
Mark: Your welcome!
