Macro Vegetarian in the Cold Case

Two vegetarians with buckwheat noodlesinterests in health and animal wellness partnered together to start what is now an amazing and continually growing company. Like many small food companies our products originated from home cooking and personal favorites.

Find Shanghai Dumplings, a Martindale’s top seller, right here in the cold case in Springfield. It’s a favorite largely because of it’s unique sauce and filling. The Spinach Noodles and Buckwheat Soba are dearly loved, too. People especially enjoy the noodles and seasoned veggies. When feeling adventurous be sure to try the Bento Box for a delicious lunchtime favorite seasoned with flavors from around the world.

Macro Vegetarian started in a small kitchen in Queens, New York with ten products. Today we have a solar powered factory with over 50 products. Try ’em. We love to cook!

Even if you are not a vegetarian we believe that eating less meat will have an environmental benefit. We all can do our health a favor and consume more vegetables.
