Peanut Butter Chocolate Maca Cups

For Valentine’s Day or any day, try making these yummy peanut butter chocolate cups for your favorite sweetie – the best of all worlds!

For the Chocolate:

1/2 cup unsweetened and unsalted creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup cacao
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil, melted
2 Tablespoons coconut butter or coconut manna
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

For the Maca Peanut Butter:

1/2 cup unsweetened and unsalted creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup Garden of Life Coconut Oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 Tablespoons Garden of Life Maca Powder
2 Tablespoons coconut butter or coconut manna
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Line 12 cupcake cavities with cupcake liners.
  2. Place all chocolate ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Fill lined cupcake cavities about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.
  4. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Next, place all maca peanut butter ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour peanut butter mixture on top of each chilled chocolate piece and then freeze again until set (about 10 minutes).
  7. Store peanut butter cups in the freezer for up to 2 months.
