Ingredients

  • 18 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 6 oz fresh blackberries, halved
  • 2 large ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

 

Directions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, honey, and salt; whisk until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Top with fruit, granola, and chia seeds. Tap the pan a few times to set the toppings.
  5. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
  6. Break into pieces and serve. Store in the freezer.
